Approximately 20 individuals locally, five of five with meiosis in microgametogenesis, additional individuals 300m to the south at FS 9229A; n=22 during meiosis of microgametogenesis. Flower photographed and pressed 11 May 2008 from individual transplanted (outside garden) to Chino Valley, Arizona; fruit photographed and collected (1) 2 August 2010; four additional fruits collected 19 July 2012; early flower buds photographed 6 April 2012; flowers photographed and collected (5) 3 May 2013; stems collected and pressed 13 November 2013.
