Description: Several individuals locally; bud collected during meiosis of microgametogenesis (metaphase I to metaphase II) 10:50 hours, 15 April 2012 from individual transplanted to outside garden, Chino Valley, Arizona; Note: individual originally labelled 16694.3 and corrected 15 April 2012; early flower bud photographed 15 April 2012; , n = 22; dead stems collected 24 July 2012
